Charles Clement Alaska CEO of SEARHC

With years of executive and leadership experience, Charles Clement currently functions as president and CEO of Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC), a nonprofit health-care group in Juneau, Alaska, that serves Southeast Alaska communities. Prior to joining SEARHC, Charles Clement served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Southcentral Foundation, where he also held positions of Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Operations among others in a 13 year career at the organization.

Clement pursued his undergraduate studies Northern Arizona University, earning a bachelor of science in economics and political science. He attended graduate school at the University of Alaska, where he obtained a master’s degree in public administration. He has also completed two executive leadership programs, one with the Indian Health Service and one through Harvard Business School.

To his current position, he brings analytical skills, the ability to identify business development opportunities, and a proven history of advancing the financial performance of multifaceted companies. Since joining SEARHC, Charles Clement has grown the consortium’s revenue from $115 million to $125 million while also overseeing over $15 million in grants and approximately $50 million in government contracts.
